1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access, browse, register, or engage in any activity on the Hi68 platform at hi68.my ("the Platform"). By using Hi68 in any capacity, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of the Philippines.

Hi68 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Hi68, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

Hi68 is not available to individuals under 21 years of age. If we have reason to believe a user is underage, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold any funds pending identity verification. Misrepresenting your age is a serious violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on Hi68. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your real name or an alias — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Hi68 may request identity verification (KYC) at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual activity is detected. Verification typically involves a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of address.

• Keep your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account access with any other person.
• Notify Hi68 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Hi68 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials.

Hi68 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if it determines that these Terms have been violated or if continuing the account poses a risk to the platform or its users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Hi68 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support a range of local payment methods that are convenient for Philippine-based players, including local bank transfers, Philippine online and mobile banking, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, subject to verification by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with Hi68's current withdrawal procedures, which may include identity verification steps before funds are released.

• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity on the Platform.
• Hi68 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Hi68 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal if there is an outstanding verification requirement or suspected fraudulent activity.

Any funds found to be linked to fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or money laundering activity will be forfeited and the associated account will be permanently closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hi68 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside the promotion on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• Hi68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
• Hi68 will not be held liable for any promotional content sourced from unauthorised third-party channels.

6 Gameplay Rules

Each game category available on Hi68 — including Slot Games, Fish Games, Bingo, Sports betting, and others in the Game Lobby — operates under its own set of game rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface and must be understood before play.

Results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcomes where applicable. Hi68 does not manipulate game results in any way.

• Bets placed are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Any technical fault during gameplay will be reviewed and resolved according to Hi68's internal dispute procedure.
• In the event of a game error or system malfunction, Hi68 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to the affected players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hi68. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, especially in live game formats.
• Attempting to launder money or use Hi68 for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Reselling, transferring, or auctioning your account or account credits to any third party.
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of the Platform.

12 Changes to Terms
